St Lucia’s 44th independence celebration ‘huge swaying tits’

By Caribbean News Global contributor

CASTRIES, St Lucia – Mass crowd events and what passes for public adult entertainment in Saint Lucia continues to live up to and is perhaps – crafting a brand as displayed on two separate occasions, namely – a security guard with an open-carry firearm and to the bewilderment of many, seemingly celebrating Saint Lucia’s 44th independence – saw the exhibition of “huge swaying tits.”

CAUTION – The following video is for adult viewing only. No liability accepted. No copyrights infringement intended.

“No need to go to the gentlemen’s club, just wait for the replay, free of charge,” said an observer, in reference to adult entertainment in Saint Lucia. “But perhaps, there should have had the option of 44 better quality tits in full bloom”!

In response to the growing concerns of social degradation vs the growth and development of a young democracy 44 years searching for its soul, one can only imagine the indelible memory of independence 44 celebrations.

A fête that will perhaps be forever etched in many minds and perhaps looking forward to more public exposure of this kind next year and the years to come. And if not, they just might be disappointed with the showcase of anything else.

In light of such, perhaps the minister for equity, social justice and empowerment, Joachim Andre Henry, will have a forthright statement and action plan in keeping with governance and the soul of his faith.

Standing up for social consciousness matters! Failure to proceed with strong action – is an endorsement that “huge swaying tits” is acceptable for public consumption. What next?

In a request for comment, CNG received the following:

“Well, here is what I know. On the eve of our 44th Independence Anniversary foreign artist is more popular and has greater crowd appeal, sway and swing, than this current administration or any other that has existed in our 44-year journey to “nowhere”!

“The artist at [last evening’s] performance among others can now frame and control the narrative that can move the average Saint Lucian [758] psyche way better than our leaders can … and that is serious stuff indeed.

“Popular culchar” run tings inna we yard, mun! It is replacing the vacuum left by that lack of credible and trustworthy leadership capable of transforming our people’s minds and hearts towards a shared national agenda for better prosperity and well-being.

“Simply put, ‘we’re messed up!’”

A comeback from a shattered mind and culture is difficult, especially when dealing with impressionable people in a quick-fix society. These uncharacteristic performances are unacceptable even in a liberal society – on an ‘open stage’ in an uncontrolled environment.

It remains to be seen who steps up to the plate and calls out such performances injurious to the moral value of Saint Lucia.

Moreover, will anyone be held accountable? Or is this the underpinning of culture and entertainment to expect moving forward?

Well, numbness begs the important question … where is the leadership elected and sworn to frame a public policy to safeguard our people from such social decadence?”

In other civilizations, persons responsible for authorizing and putting on such a performance that exhibits “huge swaying tits” would have had much to answer – offer their resignation and/or have their license pulled.

“By now, prime minister Philip Pierre should have summoned and read a version of The Riot Act to the cabinet of ministers, and those responsible, holding them to account, in keeping with transparency and accountability,” an observer, said. “Outside the framework of taking responsibility, “the acceptable is the ineptitude and absenteeism of leadership.”

What’s next? Circling the drain is perhaps a prelude to Carnival 2023 and much more…
