Generational Equity Advises R&R Hardwood Distributors in its Sale to Private Investor

DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, R&R Hardwood Distributors, Inc. to a Private Investor. The acquisition closed September 27, 2021.

Located in Boise, Idaho, R&R Hardwood Distributors (R&R) is a distributor of hardwood flooring products. The Company’s product lines include unfinished hardwood, prefinished hardwood flooring, and associated equipment and finishing supplies.

R&R sources products from a broad range of suppliers. The Company’s prefinished product line includes its own branded product – “Cordalera” – that has significant revenue and profit potential going forward.

Over the course of its 35-year history, R&R has developed an outstanding reputation in the marketplace for the breadth of products offered, its technical knowledge, and the timely delivery of products. The Company caters to the residential sector but is expanding into the commercial market.

Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A – Western Region, Stephen Crisham, and his team, led by Senior M&A Advisor, Randy Limani, with support by Managing Director, M&A, Chad Comroe, closed the transaction. Senior Managing Director, James Carr established the initial relationship with R&R.
