WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Officials of Island Hospitality Management, the premier third-party management company for select-service and upscale, extended-stay hotels in the United States, announced today that the company has assumed operations of the 143-room Hilton Garden Inn Westchester Dobbs Ferry in N.Y. The addition brings Island’s portfolio of third-party operated hotels to 83 nationwide.
“The Hilton Garden Inn Westchester Dobbs Ferry expands our Eastern reach, marking our seventh hotel in New York,” said Gregg Forde, president and COO, Island Hospitality Management. “This growing concentration provides us with the ability to more easily share best practices and enact economies of scale with our sister properties in the area. Following the implementation of our proprietary management and marketing systems, we are confident the Hilton Garden Inn will take its rightful place as the market and segment leader.”
Nestled off of I-87 in Rivertown Square at 201 Ogden Avenue, the five-story hotel provides complimentary shuttle service within five miles of the property. Guests can enjoy an indoor pool, 24/7 fitness center, business center and 640 square feet of flexible meeting space. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the hotel’s Garden Grille & Bar serves American classics, cocktails and craft beers. Guest rooms provide complimentary Wi-Fi, oversized work station, luxurious bedding and multiple charging outlets.
