Secretary-General Almagro highlighted the capacity for dialogue and negotiation of the new Permanent Representative of El Salvador. “Ambassador Vásquez, we know you are a person of constructive dialogue, we hope that the work dynamics of the Organization will benefit from your knowledge and diplomatic skills,” said secretary-general Almagro.
