Thompson Street Capital Partners Portfolio Company PestCo Holdings Expands Texas Footprint with Acquisitions of Live Oak and PestBan+

ST. LOUIS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, today announced the acquisition of the assets of Live Oak Pest Control, Inc. (Live Oak) and PestBan+, LLC (PestBan) by PestCo Holdings, LLC (PestCo), a TSCP portfolio company. Located in San Antonio, Texas, Live Oak is a provider of residential and commercial pest control services. PestBan, located in Dallas, Texas, is a provider of commercial pest control services with a focus on multi-family communities. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.


These are the twelfth and thirteenth investments for PestCo, an acquisition company formed to consolidate the highly fragmented pest control industry.
