Transaction adds commercial and personal lines capabilities in the New England market
WALNUT CREEK, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Relation Insurance Services, Inc. (“Relation”), one of the largest and fastest-growing national insurance agencies, announced today it acquired the assets of New Hampshire-based Santo Insurance & Financial Services (“Santo”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Located in Salem, New Hampshire, Santo has been providing commercial and personal lines insurance solutions to clients throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont and Maine since 1993. Jamie Santo will join Relation and will lead Relation’s efforts to further grow the New England marketplace.
