New British High Commissioner to Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean named

LONDON, England – Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office has announced a new British High Commissioner to Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean effective April 1, 2021.

Scott Furssedonn-Wood MVO has been appointed British High Commissioner to Barbados, and non-resident High Commissioner to Dominica, Grenada, Antigua and Barbuda, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Saint Lucia and St Christopher and Nevis in succession to Janet Douglas CMG.

Douglas CMG will be retiring from the Diplomatic Service.

Furssedonn-Wood will take up his appointment in April 2021.
