Greetings Comrades
The Saint Lucia-Venezuela Solidarity and Integrationist Movement (SLVSIM) wants to add its voice to the rest of the Caribbean and Latin American community to congratulate the Venezuelan people and the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) for having pointed out once again that the Bolivarian process is in force and that they will never submit to the yoke of Western imperialism or to sanctions and other anti-democratic maneuvers by puppet agents and governments in the region.
The Bolivarian people of the Republic of Venezuela have categorically demonstrated, with more than 67 percent of their Bolivarian vote, their desire to continue with the construction of a Bolivarian economy and society – belonging to Venezuelans and not to Western industrial monopolies – based in the principles that Commander Hugo Chavez had postulated and practiced during his esteemed tenure as President of Venezuela and as an honest and charismatic leader of the Bolivarian Revolution of Venezuela.
President Hugo Chavez and the Bolivarian Revolution were faithful and generous friends of Saint Lucia, and their contributions to the development of our island are unforgettable. We hope that soon those relationships will be re-established.
SLVSIM would also like to reiterate its strong repudiation of the agents of Western imperialism, including the governments of the Lima Group, and in particular the government of Saint Lucia, under the incompetent leadership of prime minister Allen Chastanet, who cowardly submit themselves as beggars to the demands of a decadent western imperialism. The unprecedented failed presidency of Donald Trump was the leader of that miserable Group of puppets and despots. Down with the Lima Group.
Long live the Bolivarian people of Venezuela
Long live the Bolivarian government of President Nicolás Maduro
Long live the memory of Commander Hugo Chavez Frías
Long live Bolivarianism
Long live the Caribbean and Latin American anti-imperialist front.
Peter Lansiquot
President of the Saint Lucia – Venezuela Solidarity and Integrationist Movement (SLVSIM), Castries, Saint Lucia.
