LOS ANGELES & SEATTLE–(BUSINESS WIRE)–American Discovery Capital (ADC) announced today that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Pampelonne, a sparkling wine cocktail company based in New York, on a strategic partnership with Seattle-based Precept, the largest wine company in the Northwest.

Pampelonne will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Precept, with the founders continuing to participate in the operations. Other terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
