Flags at half staff

Dear Sir

The COVID-19 pandemic is taking a heavy toll on the lives of people in the world, including our wonderful country, the United States of America.

In memory of the thousands of US citizens who have died and will die due to the coronavirus and in tribute to all of the brave hospital workers and first responders battling the pandemic, and in accordance with the powers vested in me and with the concurrence of my wife of 53 years; I hereby will keep my US flag and Navy flag at half staff during the remainder of the COVID-19 pandemic.
