Acquisition Will Complement the Company’s Core Platforms and Advance its Vision for the Next Generation of Workplace Solutions 

CHARLOTTE, N.C.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–ThreatSwitch announced today that it has been acquired by Sign In Solutions, a global provider of cloud-based visitor management and risk mitigation software. Backed by PSG, a leading growth equity firm partnering with software and technology-enabled services companies to help accelerate their growth, the acquisition will support Sign In Solutions’ commitment to advancing its Visitor Management 2.0 (VM 2.0) vision.
