The CM Group Acquires decile.ten Communications

The CM Group expands its offerings to the Life Sciences industry by offering Medical Communications and Digital services

HINGHAM, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The CM Group, LLC, an integrated healthcare agency focused on providing scientific and commercialization strategies and services to the life sciences industry, announces the acquisition of decile.ten, LLC (d10), a Bernardsville, New Jersey-based leader in medical communications and digital services. With the acquisition, The CM Group will now offer a more comprehensive suite of services that span the commercialization journey and are delivered with the personalized, high-touch service for which both companies are known.

“As we execute our corporate growth strategy and deliver on our promise to be a high-trust partner with deep strategic expertise and smart, scientific solutions, the addition of decile.ten’s suite of services will create a competitive advantage for our clients,” explains The CM Group’s co-founder, Maggie Butler. “The addition of medical communications and digital services will provide our clients unparalleled access to these expanded capabilities.”

“Our clients appreciate working with a single, highly skilled strategic partner rather than with multiple agencies, which is often today’s reality,” explains Cherie Myatt, co-founder of The CM Group. “With the decile.ten acquisition, we will be able to support our clients’ needs from strategy and content development to logistics and business intelligence. This combination will benefit not only our clients, but—most importantly—their patient communities.”

“While the development and dissemination of consumable scientific information is a necessity during all stages of the development lifecycle, it goes beyond that,” notes Michael Paulik, former CEO of decile.ten and current Member of the Board of The CM Group. “Ultimately, patients benefit when our clients can provide all constituencies with access to relevant, high-quality information to make evidence-based decisions. Joining forces with The CM Group’s family of companies is the perfect combination of multi-channel and multi-disciplinary offerings needed to serve our clients.”

The acquisition of decile.ten is the next step in The CM Group’s growth strategy. In 2017, the company launched the Px Group, a division focused on integrating authentic patient and caregiver voices through all stages of a company’s pre-commercial and commercial activities. In 2019, the company partnered with NaviMed Capital to accelerate growth. Scientific Commercialization, LLC was acquired in 2020, further expanding medical affairs consulting and business intelligence services.
