NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Moove IT and December Labs, leading custom software and development providers with 26 years of combined expertise, today announced their merger to become Qubika, a global leader in digital transformation for enterprises.

Qubika, which will be privately held, will be headquartered in Texas, with service delivery from a network of locations in the United States and Latin America. Each company has regularly received strong ratings for its work quality and culture, evidenced by Moove IT achieving a phenomenal Net Promoter Score (NPS) over 80 and both companies’ regular recognition in the “Great Place to Work” awards, including December Labs achieving third place and best among software companies in 2023 for Uruguay.
