CARY, N.C.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. (NYSE: CNR) (the “Company”), the largest manufacturer of exterior building products in North America, today announced that it had completed the acquisition of Union Corrugating Company Holdings, Inc. (“UCC”), a leading provider of metal roofing, roofing components, and accessories.

The transaction was funded with cash on hand and the Company will report UCC results through the Commercial business segment.
