Christina Real Estate Investors Acquires Multifamily Property in Brentwood

The property is located in one of the most coveted neighborhoods in West Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Christina, through its sponsored private equity real estate company Christina Real Estate Investors 5 Wealth Builder, LLC (“Christina 5 Wealth Builder”), has acquired a fully occupied, multifamily residential property in the coveted Brentwood neighborhood in prime West Los Angeles.

Located at 12324 Montana Avenue, the property is comprised of residences averaging 1,200 square feet. The residences feature balconies, patios, wood-burning fireplaces, and hardwood floors. The beautiful Mid-century modern design, envisioned by Alfred T. Wilkes, is a rarity in this area and offers striking architecture. Christina 5 Wealth Builder’s acquisition marks the first time the property has been sold by the family that originally developed the project in 1958.

“This was a compelling acquisition opportunity that directly aligns with our investment thesis to purchase well-located properties in the best areas of West Los Angeles,” said Adam Rosenkranz, Chief Investment Officer at Christina. “The quality of this property, coupled with excellent neighborhood demographics, consistent rental demand, and the irreplaceable nature of the property itself, are key characteristics that support our strategy to acquire and operate prime investment grade real estate projects with solid value creation opportunities and boundless appreciation potential.”

The property is directly across the street from the Brentwood Country Club golf course and the views from some of the residences are stunning. San Vicente Boulevard retail stores and restaurants, the Brentwood Country Mart, and the Montana Avenue Shopping District are within walking distance.

Christina is currently accepting commitments from investors for participation in their latest private equity company offerings, Christina 5 Wealth Builder and Christina 5 Income Builder, which are exclusively focused on the acquisition and operation of prime income-producing, investment-grade properties in the five cities located in the Westside Region of Los Angeles. Consistent with all other Christina offerings, the portfolios will generate and distribute passive activity losses to investors that seek to reduce or eliminate taxes on their passive income while enjoying ownership of supply-constrained high-demand prime properties.

Christina Real Estate Investors’ programmatic series of private equity real estate companies provide investors in all 50 states with the opportunity to participate in the ownership of high-quality investment-grade real estate located in the Westside Region of Los Angeles. By acquiring and operating diversified portfolios of investment-grade properties, Christina’s sponsored investments have generated excellent returns and significant tax benefits for its investors since the company was founded in 1977.
