BRIDGETOWN, Barbados — 2020 was an unprecedented year in which the COVID-19 pandemic fundamentally changed our societies and economies. The Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) moved quickly to assist our Borrowing Member Countries (BMCs) with a range of measures to help navigate this crisis.
