ST KITTS / GRENADA – On the sidelines of the 50th regular meeting of the conference heads of Government of CARICOM, the government of Grenada and Saudi Eksab for International Investments Company have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation and explore potential investment opportunities that support Grenada’s sustainable economic development.
Signatories to the MoU are Yazeed Saleh Alyahya, chief executive officer, Saudi Eksab and Dickon Amiss Thomas Mitchell, prime minister of Grenada.
The MoU establishes a non-binding framework for dialogue, research, and information exchange to identify areas of mutual investment interest. It reflects a shared commitment to impact-driven, commercially viable initiatives.
Key highlights of the MoU:
- Non-exclusive cooperation to explore potential investment opportunities;
- Collaboration on economic and market research, subject to confidentiality and data protection requirements;
- Strong emphasis on good governance, legal compliance, and ethical standards;
