Courtroom Connect Announces its Acquisition by Greybull Stewardship

ATLANTA–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Courtroom Connect (“the Company”) is pleased to announce the successful completion of its acquisition by Greybull Stewardship, a private investment firm focused on small, growing businesses. Founded in 2001, Courtroom Connect is a leading provider of litigation support connectivity and specializes in developing technology solutions and online platforms to expand access to legal proceedings.

The Company’s two main brands are Remote Counsel and Courtroom View Network (CVN). Remote Counsel products leverage technology and partnerships to bring attorneys and other professionals remote, live access (video, text, and videoconferencing) to their depositions, trials, hearings, and more. CVN is a national news organization providing both live access to courtroom proceedings and on-demand, archived content for legal professionals to collaborate and enhance litigation skills.
