Atlantic Southern Paving and Sealcoating announces expansion into Missouri with the acquisition of Paradise Asphalt Maintenance
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Atlantic Southern Paving and Sealcoating (“Atlantic Southern,” or the “Company”), a premier national commercial paving company headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL, has acquired Paradise Asphalt Maintenance (“Paradise”), headquartered in Grandview, MO. Paradise has provided Kansas City with the highest quality pavement maintenance services in the area and brings more than 35 years of experience to the Atlantic Southern team. In addition to managing Paradise, Matt Slawson will act as Vice President of Special Projects at Atlantic Southern, assisting with company-wide operations.
