Cabrits Resort & Spa Kempinski Dominica appoints new director of sales & marketing

ROSEAU, Dominica – Cabrits Resort & Spa Kempinski Dominica is pleased to appoint Rudolph Karam as its new director of sales and marketing. A hospitality industry veteran, Karam will oversee the sales and marketing initiatives of the upscale resort located adjacent to the majestic Cabrits National Park.

“We are very much looking forward to the leadership Rudolph will bring to our resort family,” said Cabrits Resort & Spa Kempinksi Dominica Hotel Manager Pascale Selwan. “I’m confident his luxury hospitality experience will be a great asset as we continue to offer guests the unrivaled level of service and warm hospitality synonymous with the Kempinski brand.”

Born and raised in Lebanon, Karam has a track record of identifying growth opportunities in hotel management among different feeder markets and segments.  Throughout his career, he has worked with top global brands like Accor, IHG, Starwood Hotels and Resorts and Rotana.

Prior to joining Cabrits Resort & Spa, Karam worked as sales and marketing director at the Royal Saray Resort in Bahrain. He had previously served sales and marketing leadership positions at Le Bistrol Beirut in Lebanon; City Center Lotana in Qatar; Grand Hills, a Luxury Collection Hotel & Spa in Lebanon; Staybridge Suites (IHG) Beirut and InterContinental Abu Dhabi.

Karam graduated from Al Kafaat University in Lebanon with a degree in Hospitality Management and is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
