Ruby Tuesday Partners with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library

Holiday campaign helps to gift books to children

MARYVILLE, Tenn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Over the last 50 years, Ruby Tuesday has joined forces with many worthwhile organizations to provide donations that make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who benefit. This holiday season is no exception. Ruby Tuesday is now offering an exclusive Best Holiday Memories Album for a $1 donation to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.

“We are thrilled to offer this powerful program that not only benefits the youth of our communities, but also encourages families and friends to come together this holiday season,” said Ruby Tuesday chief executive officer Shawn Lederman. “Dolly Parton does a fantastic job building awareness for the value books bring to the lives of children and we are delighted to support that mission. This holiday, stop by your Ruby Tuesday and buy a holiday memories album for just $1, all proceeds will benefit Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.”

The Best Holiday Memories Album is a children focused activity book that will provide guests the opportunity to cherish old memories and create new ones. The keepsake album is filled with interactive questions and activities for children and adults to celebrate the season.

“Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is incredibly grateful for the support from Ruby Tuesday and their Best Holiday Memories 2021 activity booklets,” said Jeff Conyers, President of The Dollywood Foundation. “Proceeds from the sale of these booklets helps us continue our mission of inspiring a love of reading in children across the country.”

Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library was founded in 1995 with the goal to inspire kids to love to read in Sevier County, Tennessee, where Dolly grew up. The program quickly grew and by 2000 a national replication effort was underway. Today, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is a worldwide program that gifts a book a month to well over 1 million children.

Ruby Tuesday hopes guests will join in the holiday season of giving to help gift books to hundreds of children. To participate, guests can purchase a Best Holiday Memories Album at all Ruby Tuesday locations while supplies last.
