Resource Label Group Completes Acquisition of StickerGiant.com

FRANKLIN, Tenn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Resource Label Group, LLC (“Resource Label”) a full-service provider of pressure sensitive label, shrink sleeve and RFID/NFC technology for the packaging industry has announced the completion of the acquisition of StickerGiant.com (“StickerGiant”) on October 1, 2021 after regulatory approval was concluded.

StickerGiant.com will continue to operate under the same brand name and manufacturing operations will remain in Longmont, Colorado. As the leading e-commerce sticker and label manufacturer in North America, StickerGiant focuses on quick turn custom digital label printing for a variety of industries in the U.S. and Canada.

Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
