Six Senses Grenada is firmly on track

By Caribbean News Global contributor

ST GEORGES, Grenada – It has been brought to the attention of Range Developments of rumours circulating in Grenada this morning that Range Developments and Six Senses have pulled out of Grenada.

Simply put, this is totally false and misleading. This is erroneous and deprived of reality. It is mischievous and meant to cause harm to Six Senses La Sagesse, Grenada, Range Developments and Six Senses.

Range Developments is environmentally conscious and continues to demonstrate its commitment to the preservation of local heritage sites, throughout its projects. Range Developments is committed to the economic growth of Grenada, the development of human capital and ongoing investment in local entrepreneurs.

Notwithstanding global challenges, Six Senses Grenada has become the market-leading Grenada CBI product and has contributed significantly to the economic development of Grenada. This commitment will continue with the popularity of Range Developments’ Six Senses La Sagesse project. The resort and residences will be laid out across the natural topography of 28 acres of land on a headland on the southern part of the island.

Caribbean News Global (CNG) spoke with Mohammed Asaria earlier today and he reiterated:

“It seems that we are a magnet for fake news! Range is the Caribbean CBI market leading developers and hence we attract envy from our competition. In the last decade I have seen all sorts of dirty tricks played against us, and such idle runour mongering will not derail us – unfortunately par for the course from our competitors.”

Six Senses and Range Developments remain fully committed to Grenada and the Six Senses Grenada. The project is on schedule to open as scheduled at the end of next year!

“I counsel all parties to focus on their own developments and mitigate the delays they are facing rather than circulate mistruths,” continued Mr Asaria.

“I am no stranger to the courts and have successfully sued many individuals who have circulated fake news about myself and my organization previously. We will take all steps to protect our market-leading position.”

“I will be making an appearance on Grenada television next Tuesday morning at 7am to clarify all of these mistruths.”said Asaria, Joint Managing Director, Range Developments.

Six Senses La Sagesse, Grenada is Range Developments’ third project in the Caribbean. The resort will include 100 rooms and six ultra-luxury branded villas situated on a beach named as one of the best in the Caribbean, which is a mere 15-minute drive from Grenada’s airport. Six Senses La Sagesse, Grenada is scheduled to be completed in Q4 2022.

Range Developments first two projects are Caribbean icons – the Park Hyatt St Kitts and Kempinski Dominica.
