Tranquility Beach Resort – Curio Collection by Hilton: Construction update June 2020

By Caribbean News Global fav

ROSEAU, Dominica – Tranquility Beach Resort – Curio Collection by Hilton in Salisbury Dominica continues to move steadily. Construction work on the project commenced in January 2019 and is scheduled to be completed between the end of 2021 and the first quarter of 2022.

Foreign investors are invited to partake in Dominica’s citizenship by investment (CBI) programme with their families. The programme rewards investment in Dominica with citizenship within three months. This can take two forms: either a contribution to a government fund or the purchase of pre-approved luxury resorts.

Applicants and their family members must all first pass a series of multi-tiered due diligence checks. The CBI Index, published by FT’s PWM magazine, ranked Dominica the best country for citizenship by investment for three consecutive years.

“Despite all the challenges we continue to face as an island, our pursuit for development will never cease”, said prime minister Roosevelt Skerrit. “Tranquility Beach Resort is one of many ongoing projects that I have been proud to watch from its very inception, to now. I would like to thank Ian Edwards for his continued support and for the dedication he has shown for this project, as well as the goodwill he has been spreading throughout the Salisbury community,” Skerrit added.
